Stephen M. Green's Old Channel Highlighted
Once upon a time...Stephen M. Green's channel "SMG 102099" was launched on March 9th, 2016. Three days later, his first video, "A Elephant nearly killed me..." was uploaded and was met with mostly positive responses. After that, "Final Fantasy 15 Reversible Box Art Confirmed" was uploaded and would ultimately be the last video to be published on the channel. What happened to this channel? Why hasn't Stephen uploaded another video on it? Well, these are all questions that I hope to answer in the best possible way that I can. Let's dive right in!

To get a better idea of what happened, we must go all the way back to the year 2016. During this time, Stephen was watching A LOT of YouTubers and their videos. Among all of this, he decided that he would get back to creating content. Yes, he made content BEFORE 2016. From 2012-2015, Stephen uploaded some gameplay videos of him playing Sucker Punch Production's Sly 2: Band Of Thieves and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, Underground, etc. The quality of these videos were poor, considering that he had taped one of his old phones onto a set of books that were facing the television set that had gameplay on the screen. He made this work, but would soon drop his efforts to continue to watch some more content on YouTube. His passion, and this still remains present to this day, for video games never died though. After months of not putting out any content, Stephen finally decided that 2016 would be the year to launch a brand NEW YouTube channel.

With his Samsung Galaxy S6, personality, and stuff elephant, Stephen was all ready to shoot his first video for the channel "SMG 102099." The name might be confusing, but it's actually not that complicated. The "SMG" is an abbreviation of his first, middle, and last name. And the numbers represent his birth date (10/20/1999). On Saturday, March 12th of 2016, Stephen began shooting his first Skit-like video and it only took 15-20 minutes to shoot! Here is the video: https://youtu.be/JmSh0hWVoIM

Now, at first it didn't blow up, but would gradually gain more and more views over time. After this, Stephen uploaded an informative gaming video about the game Final Fantasy 15 and it's reversible box art. Both videos have been viewed, at the time of this article being released, 700 times. That's not bad for only having 2 videos on the channel. However, despite some modest success, Stephen ended up moving away from the channel for quite some time. From November of 2016 to October 2017, he was enrolled into an prestigious academy. There he learned to find the inner strength within himself and the experience was very beneficial to him. He grew up and was more mature, but YouTube never left his conscious. Upon leaving the academy, Stephen tried to log back into his old Google account, which had the channel "SMG 102099" on it. Unfortunately, he forget his overly-complex password and eventually created an NEW Google account along with another YouTube channel. In January of 2019, Stephen uploaded his first video on his channel 'Stephen M. Green.' And the rest is history.

Since then, Stephen's NEW YouTube channel (as of late 2019) has amassed over 6,400+ views along with having over 1,000+ subscribers. Now, that's pretty impressive! Before, creating content wasn't that important to him as he was watching an excess of content on YouTube. Now, he's the one who is creating content and he feels pretty good about it too. There is this undeniable passion that radiates throughout his channel and it doesn't look like that's going away anytime soon. *KRJ*
